I wonder if it's possible to have two forums. Are we allowed?

One for members blogs and one general. ?

I have one forum, it's quite loaded and would like another too link both together. One would be members blogs and the current one is made up of forums.

I just need to know if we are allowed to have two free forums.? I already have one but need another for blogs only.
