Pictured links on my forum pages ????

I am hoping I have put this question in the correct place ? sorry if I haven't I want to create a forum on my site which I and I only can add pictured links onto,and each link will have it's own page? these will simply be links of the forum Friends, is this possible

Thanks for the reply, I know how to do that but what I want is to be able to put a pic on the actual post page that if clicked will go to another site, ie the picture is a link ?
