Administrator banned?

I have tried to register a name for a friend on my forum, i have somehow banned my username which is also the administrator username.

Please help, thanks

Hello.

For this, use the founder's utilities : https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils

Username : Your board address OR the creation e-mail address
Pawwsord : the creation password

Once logged in, use the "Reset the banishment" tool.

The password you enter may be wrong. Don't use your admin account's password, but the one you entered when you created the forum Wink

I am sure it is the same password Question

Could someone not over-ride it for me?

There is only one admin (me) so it is very important if someone could do this for me.

We also need the email address you used to create your baord. Then I will transmit to one of my colleagues who can use the moderator's tool, to send you a new password for the utils. This must be given by PM.
