Vista DEP Problem Empty Vista DEP Problem

I am trying to access the portal page of the forum I am on (http://worldbuildersguild.forumotion.net/forum.htm) but every time I do my internet connection gets shut off saying that DEP (Data Execution Prevention) has shut it down.

How can I access the portal pages or fix this issue?

I have only had the computer a few days. Do I really need to do that already. I had this problem on day 1.
