please help how to host the js script file????

i have downloaded a theme from here and tht theme has a js script file which i have to host somewere i have read the ftp tuturial and there was few links to host the files i have open a acount wet 1 of theme but i cant do it can some 1 please help me i dont no nothing about this stuff i have finished the theme just the js file is left the theme is not showing properly can some 1 do this 4 me ? u may be thinkin im a bit stupid wht can i do i dont no how please help?

you cannot host .js extention files on these servers. you have to find another service.

hi ok i have done this there is some changes on the pages but my login and faq register those button are so small u cant see them properly it should have been biger u can see the theme at the link bellow please if u make this work 4 me u will save my life please:(
