Warnings? Empty Warnings?

each time a member joins i have to give them the green warning level is there a way i can make it so when members join they start out with the green warning level?

In the admin panel for those images, there is an option button for default. Click that and every new member that joins will get the green bar.

but u have to edit the warning level on your own if somebody does something on your forum that you dont approve of
