Homepage, do we need it

As far as I can see its of no use. I would at least like an option to remove it from the page as it is just a nuissance. It cant be resized, It is hardly readable, All it contains is the very page it is on...

Why bother having it?

- where do you have the welcome message?
- where's the list of forums/sub-forums
- where do we show the full who'se online block?

I mean the 'homepage' thats stuck in the chatbox for apparently no reason.

It appears every now and then below the ads in the chatbox. A thin stip about the size of a field and if you click on it and pull it down it will scroll down to show you the very page you are on. Mabey they changed it but in any case, it was there...

Ok, what/where is your homepage? Do you mean portal?

If not, then a) I have no idea where it is b) I've not got one or c) I was calling it something else (ie portal).

Around where the circle is there was a small box with the entire index.htm in it. its gone now but it was there.

I remember that now it happend back when I had ads on my site, it no longer does it now

Maybe your site has an error.
Do you have security crap on it?
Maybe its hacked.

It usually visable when you change archives, mabey it has something to do with the google ads
