Solved Homepage portal

What I want to do is after typing the URL it should go to the homepage that I created without displaying the header and footer just like this link http://mapagkakatiwalaan09.forumuae.net/

How does he manage to do it? I already have an html homepage but when I add a link in the Portal it displays the header and footer. Any help will be much appreciated.

There's an option to display the header and footer, just click "No".
