New Navigation Bar Button Question.

Okay on my navigation bar I made a new one called 'Rules'. I made it so I could take off the Catergory I made called Rules. So I made the forum it and made it to where nobody could see the Category Forums to save space. To make sure people could still see the rules I got onto my friends name but when I did it wouldn't let him. It said people with only special accsess could see it. If you don't get what I'm saying just say it and I'll try to make it more clear.

Let see if you set the permissions right

Go to Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Under Homepage>>Click Headers & Navigation>>Then find the button you made and click on (Modify) Look for permissions and see if Admin's Mods and Members and Guest have the option if not click the box>>Save

You can pick what you want so not allowing guest to see won't hurt.
