Navigation Bar ~ Add a Button Question?

Hi, I'd like to add another button to my nav bar on my forum. So I can link to HTML pages I create.

I'd like to add a button that says "Contact", my problem is I dont know how to make one in my forums original theme buttons.

to do that you'll need to have some knowlege on photoshop managment!! but the easyest way is to ask that on our Graphic design section
