maximum avatar size

A few months ago someone on here gave me the code for limiting the size of my signature pics. Can I add code to the stylesheet? Do I just leave a blank line?

I have added the maximum size for pictures that are posted from another thread on here and have come up with my own code based on the previous two.

Does this work for limiting the size of the avatar? Or does anyone have the correct code?
