Forum Down for 5 days - Help me to restore it

Hi,
I have a forum at http://www.eceb.team-talk.net for the past 3 years and it had been running smoothly ever since.
For the past three or four days the site seems to be down. Nothing appears when I type the address in the browser.
Should I contact any forumotion staff member regarding the issue?
Any help will be appreciated.

Try this

A new tip is now possible to fix the blank page (error 500) :

Simply go to http://yourforumaddress.com/admin and browse through Display > templates > and browse all templates categories where you've got customized templates WITHOUT touching them, and it will simply be fixed. Smile

For all other users that had customized templates, you can now use them freely again.
