problem with pictures... Empty problem with pictures...

rercently I have a problem with icons and pictures in my forum.

98% of them, became rectangle shape...i don't know to do..
it looks like that:

there is something I can do?

and one more thing(it is not a prob.):
can i enter a chat into the forum? at the leftqright side..

You will need to reupload the smilies, a few days back there was a problem after which the smilies & avatars were gone.
