More than 10 characters needed for a post title? Empty More than 10 characters needed for a post title?

My forum members (http://www.epique-gaming.com/) are complaining about the fact that you need to type in 10 to 25 characters into the Subject Title and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Is there an option to edit the minimum amount of characters needed in a title?

Topics title length : Change it there.
