Explain for me about the "validity" in gallery

I have used 200credits to buy 200 MB for the gallery.
The message in my admin panel is that:

You dispose of 220 Mb storage for your gallery. Validity : 29 Nov 2009

What does "Validity" mean? Does it mean I can only 220 MB until 29 Nov 2009?

Or ST else?

I wonder if I buy 200 MB that means I can use it forever until these space is used fully.

Yes. it is valid only for a month. If you want to extend it, you will have to again buy credits & spend.
