Coding issues for RPG Game

So I am using my forum to make and RPG. I figured out the dice thing.Now what I would like to do is set up a table like this:

Character Sheet	Add/Remove
Helmet	Add/Remove
Glove	Add/Remove
Weapon	Add/Remove
Shield	Add/Remove
Item	Add/Remove

Now I dont know if it can be done or not but what I would like to do with that table is put it each user's signature. And any time they post it basically copies there table into the post so that you can see at that exact time what they had in said table.

Also I would like the character sheet part of the table to be a link to a post on the forum from where they got the item listed.

Also not really sure how to do the add/remove button. But what I would like that to is by clicking that button it allows the user to input the link/character sheet code to update there table.

Hopefully this can be done. If not sorry for wasting your time.
