guys i need some help when new users come to my site they canot register it always says ( Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator. ) what should i do ?? Shit

Allow New Members might be have been de-activated. Administration Panel>General Admin>Configuration.

Could that be the problem?
