How can I add referencing metatags? Empty How can I add referencing metatags?

Hi Guy' & Gals, I have a bit of a problem finding where to put my Metatags I have tried to follow the information from the FAQ on here but I can't see Referencing : metatags section as stated below all I have on that page is General and Homepage message, so can someone please advise me

FAQ
To add keywords :

Admin Panel >

Display tab >

Homepage -- Generalities >

Scroll down to the Referencing : metatags section. Beside where "Keywords for your site
Words must be separated by a comma.

Admin panel >>General >>Forum promotion>>search engines -- Referencing : metatags Smile
