Trying to email my newsletter to all the members

Hi! I am having a problem. I created a newsletter and did a 'test' send to just my moderators (2). It went through with no problems.

But when I went back to send to my entire group, I get this message;

You cannot send another e-mail at this time. Try again later.

I should be able to send more than 2 emails out, shouldn't I??

What I can do to fix this problem. I still need to send this out to everyone.

There is no documentation on time limits
However, there will be a limit so you can't spam up your members accounts
