Chatbox issue Empty Chatbox issue

Hi,

Sorry yet another problem i need help with. When people are logged onto the chatbox, in the who's online box above it doesn't always change to show there is 1 or however many users logged on. Sometimes it also shows some of the usernames of who's logged on but not others.

If you need to look you can go to www.livelifetoday.co.uk which has a redirect on it to the site.
Any ideas?

They have to click the log in button on the CB to show they are logged into it Wink
They are ot automatically logged in

Sorry I maybe should have said that they do that and are logged into chat fine but in the box above which shows who's online in the forum and in chat it often doesn't show there are people logged onto the chatbox when there are. I hope that makes more sense
