Hacker giving out Administration Panel links

One of my members was on another forum when a hacker had given him the link to the admin panel of another site. Now the user being the helpful member he was told me about it. Now I don't think I should post links to other forums admin panels but, i'll post it here and if its inappropriate then i'll just remove it, but here's the message quote:

Now the hacker goes by the name gen but he's currently using the name abe on this site:

Now I don't know his IP but I figured the staff here would be able to handle the situation better than me.
