Embed results from another page to a post / widget

Hello, i have an astrology forum and would like to have a widget somewhere which displays the current position of the planets... A programmer has given me his programs to do that and i have them hosted an a free server hosting site... I can access them by calling the appropriate URL, but i want to display them as a widget in my forum, not as a different web page... is this possible? I mean putting the url somewhere and instead of opening a new browser window to see the results as part of a widget?

You can do it by putting an iframe in a custom widget.

Go to Admin CP > Modules > Widget Management > Create a custom block...
Now add this code there and save...
