Forum description under title needs correcting

I mistyped the little description under my title of my forum. How can I edit the page to correct this small matter.

You can edit the forum description in Admin CP > General > Configuration.

there seems to be a problem with changing site titles. im not sure if the admins are aware of it or not

They are aware they just don't have time to fix it as there is other problems they are fixing.

at the bottom of the page. it will say Administration Panel

if you dont see there then i will need you forums link to give you a link to where you can directly log in to your acp.

Thanks for the help. I do not see my Administration Panel. I believe some java script is not linking with my hyperlink due to a unicode multilayer error in conjunction with a non parsing bilateral gui. Please take a look at http://hepcgeneration.forumotion.net/index.htm
