Under avitar the words are blending with background

Hey Guys

I am new at this as you know and i have noticed when someone posts something, you can see there avitar, under the avitar there is a little bit of info about the person, now the main points are the same colour as the background how do i change it?

for example: Age:16
Sex: Male

The Age & sex part is the bit thats blended.. if you get me

To change the profile field colors, go to Admin CP > Users & Groups > Profiles > Click 'Modify' button of any profile field > There is an option to change the color.

Well you could change your forum theme or say what theme you are using
so that you can find out if anyone has a solution for text and background
conflicts with regards to using that particular theme that you're using Idea
