Newsletter WILL NOT SEND!

I can't send them. They just won't send even if I set the letter to go to everyone, it just goes to the admins (i.e. me) which, as you may imagine, is pretty useless. Is there something I'm doing wrong or a bug in my area?
I've tried sending from various addresses (including board@forumotion.com) and I have tried editing the letter to try to make it go to everyone but it still goes to just me and when it comes up with the next screen saying it has been successfully sent the drop down box says that the mail will be sent to admin again.

Could I get a screenshot of the newsletter of the settings you are using.

why not ask your members if they received any e-mail from you?

Have you read the text above the news letter settings?

To do this, an email will be sent out to the administrative email address, with a blind carbon copy sent to all recipients. If you are emailing a large group of people please be patient after submitting and do not stop the page halfway through. It is normal for a mass emailing to take a long time and you will be notified when the script has completed.

thus members should be able to get the newsletters, and as Zoids has suggested to ask the members if their getting the newsletters too

I've asked them. No one receives it and when it's sent it says that it is sent to "Administrators" even though I had just set it to "All Members".

Have u tried reversing it, and sending to Administrators?

This also appears to be a hard problem to solve, as I cannot get it to send on my test forum either?
Neither the founding email or my test account are receiving the mail

Ok, I tried again and it has finally worked. I didn't do anything differently than I have been doing the last 2 months but now it works. Confusing...
