I've seem a large banner and I am wondering if it the good size for it. Empty I've seem a large banner and I am wondering if it the good size for it.

My banner on my forum is a 1129px x 285px wide, it about the 285 are the rows and the 1129 is the columns, and my scroll bar appear, Is this a good size for me?
