user password problem

Hi, hoping someone can help

A member of my forum is having probs with her password, getting a message saying its wrong and she has to reset it, she followed the instructions to reset, logged in with new password, then on returning had the same thing happen again. Password was definitely correct. Others not having this problem, but have had to login when usually they dont as they use the 'remember me' function.

Any ideas?

Why don't you change the password via the admin panel & then provide the user with the new password.

Did think of that, but was hoping to find out why the error message was coming up when there was no error in the password.
The user affected has had no problems since so I guess just a bug of some kind that is ok now.
