Groups can't edit members

I've made several groups and I want them to be able to edit a member's profile. Even moderators can't do it. How do I do it?

Unless these groups have modding powers isn't not possible. Do you have Mod/Admin to change the profile info? Remember some fields are only allowed to be changed by members themselves.

Hm... One of my members have become a Trail Moderator at my forum. And he has the power to mod 2 forums. I asked him if he's able to edit a member's profile and he said no.

Can you go into Admin Panel >> User & Groups >> Profiles >> Click Modify and see the who can change the fields. Its could be un checked. Check Mod's

Only Admin can do that.
