How many topics are you trying to make? Only one needs to be made.

Have you deleted the groups and re make them?
Have you tried Resynchronize your forum?
Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Configeration>>Under Mics options find Resynchronize your forum : Click the Box>>Yes

Didn't work.
I can not accept or reject members.
If I open a group and I put a moderator as moderator of the group, the group don't show to other members but if I open a group and put a normal member as moderator, then the group show to other members but I can not accept or reject members anyway.

The reason I made this topic, its because I have been ask for help with this bug in my forum since 26/09/2009 and till today 20/11/2009 I have been ignored by the Administrator of this forum and I didn't have any technical help to solve the issue.
Try to ignore members forum issues is not the most professional approach.

My forum have a bug and I like to be able to use the groups feature like any other member.

My Accept / Reject members buttons in the groups feature are not working.
I am not able to add or reject members from groups.

Any one for help ?

I have sent the info but no reply. He told me that he will be back tomorrow and hopefully pass the info. But please note that this can be some time to fix this as they have other problems that are higher to fix.

Thanks !
How long you think this can take ?
I am asking for help to this problem since October 2009.

The buttons not work and this can be so simple as replace the code.
Groups are working, members can request to join groups but moderator of the group can not accept or reject members in groups.
Is just the buttons...
Show me some code and I can rectify if is a mistake.

Hello Mario.
Any news about this problem ?
You think is better to me to go to the French forum and ask for help in there direct to the main administration of Forumotion ?

This issue should be by now, in the list of High priority of the manager of the UK forumotion forums as it is a problem running since 26 of October !

can not ad members to groups Hello

What MrMario means is that the issue has been forwarded to the technicians via Typlo, and they will work on your problem when they get a chance, if there is nothing else which does not require an immediate response.

Also, a script would have to be devolved, once the techies assess ur forum, and view everything for themselves, then they have to devolved the code then again they have to test it, and guess what - if it doesn't work, they have to re-make the script and test it until it is working 100%
By the means of this process, as is in ANY technical issue, the techies are consistently watching and striving to do their best, but sometimes it can take a little while longer then we would like.

Hence patience is required, and much appreciated here on the English board.

As MrMario has said on the 27th, the techies have been informed, and we will not receive ANY notification of this until the problem it's self is fixed, which you will know by yourself as it will be working again.

As far as your "issues" continuing from October, they have all been different issues, hence they all MUST be treated differently and require different amounts of coding & hours of work.

I would also like to tell you that forumotion runs on MANY different languages, and they HAVE TO handle all issues forwarded to them in EVERY single language that is having the problem.
As there is such a large volume of languages, ans many different language support forums, they have many ways of bugs being reported by users such as urself and myself, and the techs do their best to fix the issues, and naturally they do have a list of priorities, and sometimes something that has higher priority than your problem pops up and requires their immediate attention, which is what they do, and they get onto that bug right away.

You have reported the bug back on the 19th of november, and it is now the 5th of december...the techs were informed on the 26th of november.

Can you please be patient until the technicians have any information to forward to you, as needlessly bumping this topic will not achieve any goal, as there wouldn't be much communication about this particular problem flowing.

Please, I along with many of the volunteer staff & Typlo and the rest of the paid staff urge you to be as patient as you can whilst the techies resolve the problem.

Regards,
Darren.

Hello Darren.
Thank you for explainable post.
Its better than be ignored or just give a explanation in off words !

I understand I will have to wait and I can not ask for more as this is a free service.

All the other issues I post before, I did solve myself or some are minor, so I dont bother even to talk about anymore but in this case, (Groups button not working) I really ca not do nothing about and I have been waiting for the new updates to see if this problem was gone, but don't !
So I start to post asking for help on this but I have been leaf with no answer or the only answer I am left is :

No ETA of whats going on and most likely won't get anything till its fixed.

You can read from the start of all the issues in here:
(Oct 26)
https://help.forumotion.com/administration-panel-credits-and-domain-names-problems-f44/avatar-bug-t56954.htm

Thank you again for your time to explain me whats happen and the presides take to solve this problem.
I will wait for good news.
Regards

No ETA means Estimated Time of Arrival

Like Darren said it could be fixed without us knowing it all depends on what they are working on and how much time its going to be done. If you are really worried you can also PM Typlo about this he would give you a better idea of whats going on. I'll go ahead and ask him again but this doesn't mean that he will reply.

Just a question...
If the tech fix the problem, no one will know about ?
This mean, they fix the problem and they don't tell nothing ?

Yes the techies will inform Typlo our lesion between us and the techs that the problem is resolved and he will tell you in here, or in a thread in the staff room, which then a member of volunteer staff will inform you that the techs have fixed the problem.

Mario, can you please ask Typlo to ask the techs if this is even on their list of jobs please?
