Nothing showing up in Templates - General

I'm trying to apply a message for guests only. I followed this: https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/guest-message-version-2-only-t35641.htm

However when I go to Display - Templates - General nothing is there. On the right is says,

"In this page, you can modify templates and change your forum look.
Modified templates are written in red.
To use the default template again, delete your template by clicking on delete.

Only templates of phpbb2 or PunBB versions will be affected."


So, I guess my question is, is there another way to apply a guest message? Or do I need to fix something?

I'm assuming there's no remedy for this. Does anyone know of another way to have a visitor message?

Are you talking about the login popup?

You cannot modify templates because you are using phpbb3, template editing is only possible for Phpbb2 & PunBB
