Viewing my site in Internet Explorer Empty Viewing my site in Internet Explorer

Post by genset December 14th 2009, 8:23 pm

Hi Guys,

I have a flash based site and have inserted the forum into one of the pages. I use Firefox as my default browser and have no problem viewing the forum. When I (and others) try to view the forum using Internet Explorer (and I have tried this myself) the forum is not visible, only a small question mark, top left appears... Any idea why this is, or what I can do to remedy the problem...?

You can visit my forum here http://www.generatorsolutions.org/#/forum/4537538381

Cheers, Genset.

Probably that flash is not compatible with the IE version you are using. Whats your forum link by the way.

I'm not a web site designer, so cant tell you how it works, only that I built the site using a drag and drop flash (I think its flash...) sitebuilder program by www.Moonfruit.com. I inserted the forum onto the page using something called i.frames

So, viewing this page will only be a problem for those using IE who have no adobe flash software and/or javascript is disabled...? If so I can place a note on the site advising them to downoad adobe and enabling javascript...
