Make Portal Homepage

How can I make the Portal option of my forum be the homepage?

So that when people click the Logo they are taken to the Portal, which has all the news and chatbox. Right now it takes me to the forums even though I changed it in options.

I went to this place in forums admin panel:
Display>Homepage>Generalities

There I set it to redirect to "The Portal" but still takes me to the forums.

BTW I changed the name of the Portal page to Home IDK if that has anything to do with it, I just thought that would help answer my question any faster.

I know the link takes you to the Portal but I want so that the Logo does as well.

Did you activate the portal?
Modules>Portal management
Show the portal :Yes
Save

yes i did, I even tried by changing the name back to portal but still I get the forums.

When i click on the link, it takes me to the portal.

i know, but when u clink on the logo once your in the website it doesnt. Is it supposed to be like that?
