Solved Re: Newsletter

This happened to me a few times, i think it was due to me not filling in the sender name, the error seemed to occur after redoing the sender name and sending, if i hadnt been prompted to fill it in it was not a problem.

Hello

Hit my website icon and the full news letter is visable there -In the Newsletter section Laughing

Here is a section of part it

All the formatting was showing as in the previous post i created the letter with Moderator in the distribution List (DL) then previewed it, went back to edit and edited the DL to members.

Then when i sent it out there was corruption Crying or Very sad

This seems a silly question and I 100% agree that it is a silly question, but Im going to ask it anyways. lol.

When sending the newsletter, are you using rich text with the green OR red X before HTML letters?

Hi darren,

When trying to solve a problem no question is silly as the solution is normally something simple.

To answer your question it was on the default setting Smile

When you hit the green button, you activate the html. i.e. whatever code is present in the box will be converted to how it will actually look.

When you hit the red button, you convert the visible things into a code format.
