WoWHead Mouseover Tooltip Possible?

Is it possible to use a HTML (Or perhaps BBCode if there is one) script making a link mouseover-tooltip possible? For like linking Items from WoWhead.com?

Is it possible to use this for forum posts?

If you able HTML codes in posts, it could be posible, but you must active it.
And to find the script and code it right takes a while

That is actually already implemented in forums. Check your BB Code list and you'll see it.

Rono do you think you could help me think of a script that could be used for items similar in the Forums, instead of linking WoW Items. Because as I've learned recently most users want something albeit a bit similar but without the wow pun entered in as a factor. I've pretty much figured out the hoverscript is needed, but what I need to figure out is how can we put the info in there without minimal difficulties and then link them to a smaller phrase instead of typing out all of the words.

Edit: On reviewing the source code of the link that Zapton posted I came across the code that "Girl Meets Wow" used. Here's an example:
