Domain Question

I was just wondering when it would be possible for my site to get a free domain name. It's been open since May of 2008. We have 30 members and over 5000 posts.

Are more members and posts needed to get a domain?

i have 375 members. and 62,000+ posts and our forum is active and top one in forum directory. under computers and internet under social network. but we havent received yet.

I don't know if forumotion still offer that thing. But when i registered my custom domain, i got that one year thing mentioned.
I only got the 2nd year free based on the activity of my forum.

Russel, since you got your domain from outside. There is no question that you will get a domain free. Since its only for domain bought via forumotion.

Yeah sanket you are right. It is depending on that activity method that you have.

yes, as of now, i dont need free domain because i got my own. but then, i was experiencing. ,maybe id fix it as soon as i get the correct code for that.

@topic starter. just an advice. keep active on your forum and make your forum interesting.

I'm always active on the site along with some of my members.

Then when the first year ends, you will be notified based on your activity whether you are eligible to receive a 2nd year free domain name.

It's been a year and seven months since the forum was first started. If we can get the domain, ok. If not, it's still ok. I was just wondering since a friend of mine brought the subject up.

No i mean when did you get the customized domain name from forumotion?

I didn't have one from Forumotion. I had an external domain for a lil' while.

Forumotion cannot give free domains then since you have got it from outside.
