Moderator shown up as member

Hey everyone.....I'm sure I am just missing something easy but my one and only moderator is showing up with the label Member instead of Moderator. His text color is changed red and he is in a group called Moderator Group. I have an uploaded Moderator graphic bar in rank administration.

My admin rank graphic bar shows up just fine.

So what am I doing wrong? The rank is set to special rank.

Any help you can give me would be great.

You have to manually give ranks i believe,

go to the members profile via acp and scrool down there should be a drop down box where yo ucan change it

If anyone else reads this, you need to go to Users and Groups, find that persons name under Search Users and then scroll all the way to the bottom of their profile where you can change it under Rank Title:
