Admin forgot password

Hello,

I am the Admin of my site, but for some reason when I put m "correct" password in, I can't get in. I try to click on"forgot" password, but it won't retrieve it because it says the email address doesn't match. What am I suppose to do? My forum is at a stand still because of this?

How do I get new password as an administrator?

I also am haveing the same issue with my forum...it says my password is incorrect but i know its not as its not been changed ever

I don't understand this, I guess when something is "free" your on your own! I've also had problems with exceeded bandwidth (from photobucket) but the images they are referring too are a part of the forums. I've had nothing but problems ever since I signed up for this free forum!

The biggest problem is that if there is a file causing exceeded bandwidth, and its a graphic file of this "Forum", what am I suppose to do about it? I can't if I tried, because I CAN'T GET INTO MY F O R U M !!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M PISSED!!!!!!!!!

4 days ago! I just sent 2 of them another pm. The third one had no link for contacting at all.

I'm the Admin of http://bucegi.bestforumlive.com/ . I can't login anymore. If I choose recover password I receive the message: "Order 'forbidden to send a new password for the administrators and moderators' is activated 'Administration Panel'> Security ". I don't know what to do. Please help me.

What do you expect? You just PM'ed a couple of hours ago.

Yes, and please only contact one person. Contacting all of them at once does not help and only makes it worse.

I was stupid enough to click disallow send admin new password, and use a password i'd never used before, and not write it down ANYWHERE!
I'm hoping this will work!
