Member Banned Empty Member Banned

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this but one of our members has been banned of our forum. They can view pages on the thread but when they attempt to edit their posts by clicking on preview or save, a ban message comes up. They are not banned on the administration panel and we have not changed anything to their account. Any idea what might have happened?

What do you mean banned? What is the message they are getting?
