banned member
I have just had to ban my first member...but when I look on the forum - it hasn't noted them down as banned, so other members still think they are able to use the forum.
How can I get them to show up as banned? Make Banned a rank?

Re: banned member
You can make a Group, have a warning Bar saying Banned and or even making a avatars saying Banned.

Re: banned member
Well yes, thats what i would do.
A group and rank, so everyone can see he has been banned. Also : if you are bothered, you could make an universal topic, explaining what rule/rules did he break, when, and what kind of ban is or something similar. So everyone can see the "shame" list.

Re: banned member
At the moment I have just made a rank and plain text saying banned - but someone is going to make a BIG banned sign rank for me! lol
Thanks

Re: banned member
Hello,
When you ban a member there is no automatic displaying of a sign showing the member being banned. You need to do this manually by either adding them to a "Banned Members" group, creating a "Banned Rank" or use the Warning Bar system.
Either way, there will be two parts to banning. One, clicking the Ban Member link, and two, adding a rank/group/warning bar indicator etc.
