doves cot re banned member

this person is seeking advice from this forum to attemp to disrupt ours now he seeks to gain info for taking screen shots this is out of order he is not mod admin or member of our site he was removed because of abuse of pm and email and is now not able to acess other sites due to his behaviour this must stop indeed i beleave he has this morning put in yet another complaint to host re his fantasy no he was banned end of any ideas how to stop him fully would be appreciated such as abuse of internet service
