custom cursor

this was originally posted in general discussions (apparently the place to talk about anything to do with forumotion that's legit) and got locked.

hi anyone know of a online file converter able to convert png-cur file so i can have a custom cursor,
or a freeware program, i have been google'n for hours and no luck

anyone got a answer for me. thanks ken

yes to a my own image, which is a static png at the moment.

put that in, ADMIN PANE ---> DISPLAY ---> GENERAL ---> OVERALL FOOTER ---> PUT IT AT THE TOP!
