Custom Cursor

Hi guys
I know if we want to change the cursor in our forum we can use the following code

<style type="text/css">body, a, a:hover {cursor: url(Your Url Here), progress;}</style>

Now what I want to know is that when I get my house over a link I want my cursor to change
Like in the classic cursor when we hover the mouse over a link it becomes a hand
Got my point?
So anyone help me? XD
