Well knowing the Apple company you probably will. It's pretty sad they own pretty much anything that is or resembles an appple isn't it?

I would change it.

If you made the top image it shouldn't be copywrited.
An apple is a very general object. I believe I've read it somewhere in the U.S. laws, though it depends on your country. Check the copywrite laws of your country.

An apple is very general. It's like trying to patent the letter "A." It's not happening. Though if your symbol GREATLY resembles the symbol of Mac, then there could be a big problem. Once again, reccomended you check the laws of your country.

Well then again, Apple did win the suit against GreenNYC. And that logo didn't resemble Apple's in anyway except the fact they were both apples.

Does your forum associate with any of these:
a. Your product is not a computer, computer system, or operating system software.

b. Your product is Mac compatible or the third party business is associated with Mac based computers.

c. “Mac” is used in combination with another non-generic word.

Right. You have to have association with them for them to sue you with proper reason. Or your symbol greatly resembles theirs.

If you can't answer any of dotDavid's questions, you should be safe.

i very much doubt you will have any problems

cause
you made the image yourself
an apple is a normal thing...
your draw-ed apple is not even having the bitten piece from the apple
and who will be so stupid enough to spend money sue ing you or etc for just using a image they made
