Responding to Admin Private Messages Empty Responding to Admin Private Messages

I'm wondering if I am missing something. When I receive a PM (sent from user to Admin), there doesn't seem to be a way for me to respond to the PM from within the forum. I seem to be able to only copy and paste the user email and answer their message outside of the forum from my personal email.

I am looking for a "Reply" option where we can keep the dialogue of messages contained in the forum PM box.

Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

You will need to request an icon at the Graphic design section
