Create accounts?

I just made a new forum, and there is a group of people whom I want to create accounts for. However, I do not want it to notify them by email. I want to make it so that when I tell them about the forum, they can log in, but I don't want it to send anything to their email when I create the accounts.

You can make accounts but you will have to do it one by one.

But can I make it so that it doesn't send a confirmation email?

Oh, I see now. Yes, like what MM said, you will have to make them by yourself, through the register link.

Once you make them you can activate them by going to Admin Panel >> User & Groups >> Inactive List

If I enter a random email when I first make the account, activate the account, and then change the email to their real one, will it send them a message?

You can change the email after you tell them about the site. My question is why are you making it for them when they can do it themselves.
