How to put @name of the forum.com on my e-mail adress?

I am a moderator on http://ps-corner.ace.st ,and we decides that every member of the team has his e-mail adres for example:laxy@ps-corner.ace.st but I don't know how to put it...Can you help me?
Btw,my current e-mail is laxy96@gmail.com
