I'm trying to activate a user account on my forum, however it isn't allowing me to do so. Help?

Users & groups>Inactive users
activate him from there.

To prevent this happening again...
ACP -> Users & Groups -> User Options -> New accounts activation
Set it to either User or Automatic Activation.
