Forum widgets management to show on the right side

How do I make this so the Forum widgets management shows on the >> Right side instead of the left side.

Change the 180 & 0 in forum widgets management. Also drag & drop the widgets on the other side of forum content.

Well... before you lock this topic can you please tell me where do I activated this. when I put an image with screen shot on my forum it doesn't show this for Example ''Enlarge this image' ''Click to see fullsize'' on the top of the image.
