Can Mods ban other Mods?

So I'm kind of curious as to if moderators or the Admin can ban other moderators or Admin.

Simple version:

Can mods ban admins?
Can admins ban mods?


Or does the banning thing only work for regular users?

only regular users.

Admin can ban mods but can only do it in the admin panel.

How can I get rid of the warning system label for the Admin and Moderators and just have it for regular users?

it's the same as the one on this forum except i put it on my forum. So i'm the admin of the forum. so the question is can i get rid of my own warning label?
