Solved intro page coding issues

i am using this code for my introduction page:

But the issue is, after i click on a button, it has an annoying rectangle round it which is purple, i dont want it to be like that. I want it just to be a button.

can anyone tell me how to get rid of that rectangle which appears after i click on a button?
